1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.


2. Approved Cases

We accept returns if:

  • You receive the wrong item
  • The product is significantly different from the description

3. Non-Approved Cases

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used gear
  • Minor differences
  • Shipping delays within stated timeframe
  • Incorrect address provided

4. Verification

  • Videos
  • Additional details

5. Return Process

6. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.


7. Costs

  • Shipping is non-refundable
  • Return shipping paid by customer unless our error

8. Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours only.
